Description
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT:
The wall must be properly smoothed.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
TRADITIONAL VENETIAN STUCCO EFFECT
Apply the first layer of MURANO creating a smooth surface. Drying time: 4-5 hours.
Apply the second layer of MURANO giving the spatula effect when the first layer is dry.
The final glossy effect is obtained by passing the stainless steel trowel during the drying phase.
MURANO can be protected with a wax (top coat) applied after complete drying of the surface, at least 2 or 3 days.
• Tools: stainless steel trowel.
• Consumption: approximately 500-600 g/m2.
• Dilution: ready to use.
With MURANO, you can get the traditional Venetian plaster effect, saving labor (one pass less) and using less material.
MULTICOLOR VENETIAN STUCCO EFFECTS
Apply the first layer of MURANO with the trowel, creating a homogeneous surface.
Apply the second layer of MURANO when the first layer is dry. Drying time: 4-5 hours.
Apply the third layer of MURANO of a different color, giving the spatula effect when the second layer is dry.
The final glossy effect is obtained by passing the stainless steel trowel during the drying phase.
MURANO can be protected with a wax (top coat) applied after complete drying of the surface, at least 2 or 3 days.
– Tools: stainless steel trowel and steel spatula.
– Consumption: approximately 600-650 g/m2.
– Dilution: ready to use.
CLOUD EFFECT
Apply one or two layers of diluted MURANO with a brush.
Apply MURANO with the brush making small movements in different directions to create the cloud effect.
The final semi-gloss effect is obtained by passing the plastic spatula during the drying phase.
• Tools: brush and plastic spatula.
• Consumption: approximately 500-600 g/m2.
• Dilution: 10-15% with water.
FABRIC EFFECT
Apply the first layer of diluted MURANO with a roller. Drying time: 4-5 hours.
Apply the second layer of diluted MURANO with a roller.
The semi-gloss fabric effect is obtained by passing the plastic spatula, from bottom to top and from left to right, during the drying phase.
• Tools: roller and plastic spatula.
• Consumption: approximately 400-500 g/m2.
• Dilution: 10-15% with water.
PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
• Appearance: white or colored fluid paste
• pH at 20 ° C: 12 – 13
• Specific weight at 20°C: 1.38 ± 0.03 Kg/l
• Viscosity at 23 ° C: thixotropic paste
HANDLING – STABILITY:
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water. For more information, consult the safety data sheet.
